Shipping policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping terms below for complete details regarding delivery times and Cash on Delivery requirements.

Processing and Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation. Estimated delivery time across Pakistan is 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may slightly vary during sales, holidays, or unforeseen weather conditions.

Cash on Delivery and Advance Payment Policy

To prevent fake orders and delivery cancellations, a mandatory PKR 1,000 advance payment is required to confirm all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. The remaining order amount will be paid in cash to the courier rider upon delivery. Contact us on WhatsApp at 03390551553 for advance payment details.

Order Dispatch and Verification

Once you place a Cash on Delivery order, our team will reach out to you via WhatsApp or SMS to collect the PKR 1,000 advance payment. Your order will only be dispatched once the advance payment is received and verified.

Order Cancellation Terms

If you cancel your order before dispatch, your PKR 1,000 advance payment will be fully refunded. However, if the order is cancelled after dispatch or rejected at delivery, the PKR 1,000 advance payment is non-refundable to cover round-trip shipping costs.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charges apply at checkout based on your delivery location. Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Undelivered Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the delivery, the advance payment will be used to cover logistics costs, and re-shipping will require additional delivery charges.
