Hail Wear operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated apparel shopping experience.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS & APPEARANCE
We specialize in apparel including shirts, hoodies, and related streetwear products. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or mobile screen's display of any color will be completely accurate. 
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & ACCURACY OF ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, phone number, and delivery address information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 4 - DELIVERY & PARCEL OPENING POLICY
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not strictly guaranteed. Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery delays caused by logistics partners are outside our direct control. 
Upon receiving your parcel, you must inspect the items immediately. To claim a return, exchange, or refund for damaged, defective, or missing items, an unedited, clear parcel opening video is strictly required as proof.

SECTION 5 - RETURNS & REFUNDS
Purchased products are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Items that are worn, washed, altered, or marked as final sale are non-returnable. Approved refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) or prepaid orders will be processed via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 5 to 7 business days after parcel inspection.

SECTION 6 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SHOPIFY
Hail Wear is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform. Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, or resources made in connection with any third-party websites.
